FEATURE: "How to Talk to [High Achievers] About Anything"
The new show from LWC Studios released yesterday. Host Stevon Lewis will talk to Black and brown professionals who have reached excellence despite challenges, thus helping listeners learn how to do the same for themselves.

In 15-minute biweekly episodes, the show will explore intimate themes such as impostor syndrome, perfectionism, toxic positivity, the dark side of humility, transitioning into a new career, fear of failure, and especially how success is defined.
I had a chance to hear more from host Stevon Lewis and producer Virginia Lora about why they believe this podcast delivers meaning now:
Stevon: I think this is the right time for this podcast because the population is becoming more educated and more diverse. We're in a time when barriers are being broken; we have the first woman and first woman of color to become Vice President, and a Black woman is set to take a seat on the Supreme Court. Traditionally white and male spaces are about to have an influx of individuals that don't fit prior standards, and those individuals need to know that they're in the right place and that their prior absence is more the result of a non-conducive environment than their lack of belonging.
Virginia: The show is being shaped in no small part through the experience of our guests and listeners. We hope each episode is an opportunity for us to celebrate the achievements of Black and brown folks, reimagine the possibilities when we feel stuck, and remind us of our agency.
Thank you, LWC Studios, for all that you do!
