Macron is the projected winner in French presidential election

French President Emmanuel Macron is the projected winner in Sunday's presidential runoff, according to the pollster Ipsos. He was facing far-right challenger Marine Le Pen, whose positions on Russia and the European Union had rattled the continent. See here and here for full coverage.
