"Location, Location, Location" UK public broadcaster Channel 4 signed a deal to bring over 1,000 hours of its programming to YouTube for free. Channel 4 is attempting to reduce its dependence on traditional TV advertising, and also to expand its reach among younger viewers, as the British government considers a plan to privatize the network. More: Shows coming to YouTube include the house-hunting reality series "Location, Location, Location" and the unscripted military training series "SAS: Who Dares Wins." Channel 4 was the very first international broadcaster to make some of its content available for free on YouTube back in 2009; that deal fell apart in 2014. Most UK broadcasters use YouTube exclusively to promote their shows and have only dabbled in free-to-stream distribution. THE GUARDIAN

NBC ordered new seasons for the "Law & Order" revival and the spinoff "Law & Order: Organized Crime." This means that all nine of producer Dick Wolf's current scripted series were picked up for next season, across two networks. More: Last year, NBC picked up "Law & Order: SVU" for three additional seasons; in 2020, the network renewed all three of Wolf's "One Chicago" dramas through next year. As well, CBS renewed the three Wolf-produced "FBI" procedural series this week for two additional seasons apiece. Next year will mark the 22nd overall season for the original "Law & Order"; "Organized Crime" will air its third season in 2022-2023. HOLLYWOOD REPORTER

A message from EQUITYBEE It’s not every day that a prominent startup-like Instacart lowers their valuation by a staggering 40%. Yet, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the food delivery app’s workers should be worried. What could be in it for employees: Employees stand to gain more in case the valuation goes back up It might be more attainable for employees to exercise their shares Having the company transparently share this with employees garners trust and means employees can make more informed decisions regarding their employee stock options But in order to gain from any company or valuation growth in the future, startup employees still need to exercise their options… and that may seem daunting when you don’t have thousands of dollars just lying around. That’s what Equitybee is for. We help startup employees to exercise their stock options and participate in the success of the companies they helped build, by funding the full costs of the exercise (including taxes!). In an interview with Women's Health magazine, actor Hilary Duff discussed Disney+'s decision to scrap a planned "Lizzie McGuire" revival series. The new series would have explored Lizzie's life as a 30-year-old woman; according to Duff, some executives felt that the material would be too mature for the Disney+ platform. More: Duff explained that, while the character "didn't need to be doing bong rips and having one-night stands all the time," she'd still need to do "30-year-old things" to ensure authenticity. The "Lizzie McGuire" reboot plans fell through in December 2020; Duff has since been cast as the lead in Hulu's "How I Met Your Father." HOLLYWOOD REPORTER
