(2) The Company may amend the TOS to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

What information does LGE obtain? When you first register with the LG Account, you will be asked and prompted to enter certain information, such as your email address (which will be your user ID), password, date of birth, and country of residence. If you sign into LG Account Services with your third party logins (e.g., Facebook, Google, Amazon), you authorize us to collect such third party login information, including your nickname.

LGE will take commercially reasonable steps in order to ensure any such third parties treat your personal information securely.
Under no circumstances shall your personal information be processed for marketing purposes, nor shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
