It's called Crazyman's Split and it's a full 3 phase routine. You open by splitting a single band into 2, then you make one band pass through the other, and you close by having the 2 bands melt back into one.

Henry Harrius has been performing this professionally for over 10 years, and he's finally sharing it. I couldn't be more impressed.
