Airtable publishes The Crisis of Fractured Organizations report / Nivo raises £1M in funding / WebLime launches Limey

Hey No-coders!

Hope you all enjoyed your holiday weekend. We are trying out a new format for our newsletter. Please let us know your thoughts and feedback.

Here's wishing you all a Happy New Year!

1. Airtable published The Crisis of Fractured Organizations report, a commissioned study by Forrester Consulting. The study discovered that large organizations, on average, use 367 different software tools to manage their workflows, creating data silos that hide critical data, making it difficult for teams to find information and disrupting processes between teams.

2. Digital identity platform Nivo raised £1M (~$1.2M) in funding. Nivo’s no-code toolkit enables financial service providers to verify customer ID documents and offers a secure instant messaging channel to communicate with customers.

3. WebLime announced the public launch of its landing page builder, Limey. Limey claims to empower anyone with no coding language to create professional pages through pre-designed blocks to create fully customized web pages.

4. Zapier introduced Version Preview, which enables users to see changes within each version of a Zap. The new feature is only available to Zapier paid plan customers.

5. The makers of Bubble Essential Kit announced the launch of version 2.0. The free Chrome extension enables Bubble developers to copy and paste over 350 pre-styled responsive buttons, alerts, tables, cards, etc., to improve the experience of building Bubble apps.

6. Low-code platform Budibase's latest update includes a new side panel that allows users to navigate records without switching screens. Other features include a row explorer block, skeleton loading states, and sample data for quick onboarding.

7. A new video course on how to design databases in Bubble is available for purchase. The course covers designing a Bubble database, linking data, database performance, and option sets, and provides real-life examples.

Unbelievable: a must-see real estate investing hack.

We know real estate has outperformed the S&P500 over the past 20 years as an asset class. Plus, it's tangible. But most don’t do it. You need massive upfront capital, it takes a ton of setup & expertise, and then you have to manage it. Exhausting.

Here's that secret hack: Arrived.

Arrived is an easy-to-use real estate investment platform offering SEC-qualified investments, and it’s backed by world-class investors like Jeff Bezos and Marc Benioff.

In a few clicks, you can:

  1. Browse properties (<1% make it through vetting): AirBnBs, long-term rentals, and more coming soon.
  2. Pick your favorites: invest anywhere between $100 to $50K per property.
  3. Boom: you're officially earning income and appreciation while Arrived manages your properties.

Both first-time investors and long-time real estate millionaires are flocking to Arrived, funding over 200 properties and $75M of property value since last year. Demand is high.

What’s holding you back?
