| Happy Monday! A bit of a muted San Diego Comic-Con this year, with striking actors declining to promote their upcoming work, and the biggest studios and networks largely sitting on the sidelines. But we still got a few fun new teasers and announcements to check out this morning, including early looks at Amazon's "Gen V" and "Invincible" Season 2, Netflix's live-action "One Piece," and the musical episode of "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds." By the by, if you're in any way a "Trek" fan and aren't yet watching "Strange New Worlds," I highly recommend it. It's a rare modern show that truly embraces the classic "episodic TV" model, and really leans into the fun side of the Trek Universe without going full camp. I've been really enjoying it. See you back here tomorrow! Lon p/lon-harris | |
