For added nutrients, you can lightly saute some veggies on the side and add them to a layer of the lasagna before you put it in the oven. We recommend trying a mix of mushrooms, onions, zucchini, carrots, and bell peppers. Otherwise, the only real prep involved is slicing the provolone and layering the ingredients in the baking dish.
