Recipe of the Week
The perfect introduction to spring
This might be the easiest recipe I've ever shared in this newsletter. You likely already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen. There's minimal chopping, and putting everything together only takes about 10 minutes.
Because this refreshing salad doesn't include leafy greens — except for the basil — you don't have to worry about it getting soggy and mushy from sitting in the dressing too long. And if you want to save yourself time, go ahead and use canned corn kernels. That's what I did!

OXO 8-Piece Corn Holder Set
OXO 8-Piece Corn Holder Set
I've always been impatient when it comes to letting food cool down. When I'm hungry, I just want to dig in immediately! But that mentality has led me to burn my mouth and hands on more occasions than I care to share. Corn on the cob is one food I just can't seem to resist picking up as soon as it's done cooking. Luckily, these corn holders will prevent my fingers from getting burnt — let's just hope I remember to blow on it hard before my first bite.
