| Thanks for opening today's Inside Streaming brief. Apple adding a collection of licensed Hollywood films to the TV+ platform feels like a major sea change for the bespoke streaming service. Apple TV+'s identity is largely defined by its curation. There aren't nearly as many shows or films over there to watch, but they're all lavishly-produced and relatively high-quality. Certainly, adding familiar titles like "300" and "Titanic" isn't going to completely change the platform overnight, but it does seem to indicate a shift in strategy, away from providing a few "labor of love" type projects at a time. Dropping a big collection of Hollywood films, even above-average ones like "Argo," feels like more of a Netflix or Prime Video approach; just license a ton of content and hope that subscribers can find SOMETHING to watch every time they open the app. Lon p/lon-harris | |

- The line-up includes "Titanic," "300," "Argo," "Black Hawk Down," "Jurassic Park," both "Kill Bill" volumes, the original 2004 "Mean Girls," and more.
- The films are featured in a new hub called "Great Movies on Apple TV+."
