- Full-Life currently has several clinical trials in development. The trials aim to find cures for different types of cancer, such as colon, prostate, pancreatic, etc.
- According to the agreement, besides the upfront payment, Focus-X Therapeutics is eligible for a percentage of royalties and general milestone-based payments.
- Through this acquisition, Full-Life Technologies aims to accelerate its process into becoming a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company.
- Full-Life was founded in 2021 and has raised $47M so far, while Focux-X was founded in 2020 and has raised $1.5M since its inception.
