The country's disaster council reports that some of the Philippines were hit with heavy rains and floods over Christmas, leaving 25 dead and 26 missing. South Korea has revealed a defense plan of 560 billion won ($441M) to improve its defense against North Korean drones. Five North Korean drones tested its southern rival's air defense on Monday by violating its airspace. South Korean Military had unsuccessfully tried to bring the drones.
